FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. When I add a product to my shopping cart, and go to check-out, it has a 0 (zero) listed under quantity, and I cannot order the item. Why?

This is because the product is out of stock. Please check back online regularly for availability. We make every attempt to have every product on our site available for purchase.

Q2. Do you ship to addresses outside the Australia?

Yes! We ship to most countries. just complete your order and send a request for quote about postage and you will be advised by email the total cost including postage.


Please note: AhlanWaSahlan.com.au cannot be held responsible for any import fees, customs fees, import taxes, or other types of charges which a recipient may incur, who is receiving products outside of the Australia. This may be either through a private courier service or through your local postal system.

Q3. What is your return policy?

Within 5 days of receipt, we will accept for return any non-shrinkwrapped item. Must be returned in same condition as received. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

Q4. What if I do not want to pay by credit card?

We understand many people do not like credit cards, for obvious reasons. For this reason, we have a "Pay by Checque or Money Order" or "Bank Deposit or NetBank Transfer" payment method in our shopping cart. Simply choose this method and submit your order. You will get a reply email confirming your order. Please use invoice number as description for bank deposit or netbank transfer.
For money orders or bank chwque print and send your invoice along with your check or money order (to the address listed ). Upon receipt of payment, your order will be dispatched to you.

Q5. I purchased some of your lecture tapes, however some are defective/can't hear them/bad quality. What should I do?

Before sending us back anything, please email us (service @ ahlanwasahlan.com.au) and let us know. Usually, we'll refund or mail you replacements. No hassles!

Q6. I reside outside of the Australia and would like to pay for my order through bank transfer. What are your bank details?

The only option we have is credit cards.


If paying by international bank money transfer, please contact us for our bank account information.

Q8. My package will be delivered outside the Australia. Do I need to pay customs and duties?

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes.
